The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of Little Kids Jumping Castles, is used with permission and is protected by international copyright laws.

6.4 What is Personal Information and why do we collect it?
Personal Information is information or an opinion that identifies an individual. Examples of Personal Information we collect include: names, addresses, email addresses and phone numbers. This Personal Information is obtained in many ways including correspondence, by telephone, email and via our website www.littlekidsjumpingcastles.com.au. We don’t guarantee website links or policy of authorised third parties.
We collect your Personal Information for the primary purpose of providing our products to you.

7.1 Please note that all transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
7.2 You must pay for the order in full at the time of ordering by one of the payment methods we provide on the Site. You must be fully entitled to use the payment method or account used for purchases. The payment method or account must have sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the purchase. We reserve the right to obtain validation of your payment details before providing you with the product and carry out security checks from time to time.
7.3 If you discover that you have made a mistake with your order after you have submitted it to the site, please email us immediately here at our Contact Us page . However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to amend your order in accordance with your instructions.
7.4 The following methods of payment are accepted:
- Bank Transfer
- Apple & Google Pay
- Afterpay, subject to afterpay terms and
- Zip Pay, subject to Zips terms
7.5 If you choose to pay by credit card, you authorise us to debit the amount that is payable from your nominated credit card for an accepted Order.
7.6 You must not pay, or attempt to pay, for Products through any fraudulent or unlawful means.
8.1 An error may occur in terms of incorrect pricing or product descriptions. If we discover an error for any goods you’ve ordered, we will tell you ASAP and give you the option of reconfirming your order (at the correct price) or cancelling it.
8.2 If we can’t get in touch with you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you’ve already paid, we will refund you in full as per the original method of payment.
8.3 Items are sold at the advertised price, we are not able to approve any price from an old advertisement or expired sale date.
8.4 Prices include GST.
8.5 All attempts have been made to be as accurate as possible in providing product information. However, we cannot warrant that the information and prices are current, reliable, accurate or error-free. If you are unsure about the validity of the information or pricing, or notice any errors or inconsistencies, please email us
9.1 Before you finalise your order, you’ll be given various delivery options to choose from with estimated delivery time and dates depending on the delivery address. Sometimes there may be delays – e.g. postal/carrier delays, logistics or bad weather. These delays are out of our control, however, we will keep you updated as much as we can.
9.2 We aim to deliver products to you at the place of delivery requested by you within the time indicated by us at the time of your order, but we cannot guarantee any firm delivery dates.
9.3 The courier will leave the order at the address advised by you at the time of purchase.
9.4 Unless otherwise specified by you, all risk in the product shall pass to you upon delivery. If delivery is delayed, risk shall pass at the date when delivery would have occurred. From the time when risk passes to you, we will not be liable for loss or destruction of the product.
9.5 We do not ship over weekends OR public holidays. Couriers are our preferred delivery method.
9.6 As the items are bulky, we will ship your item via a courier instead of Australia Post. We are not able to ship any inflatables to a PO Box or locker.
9.7 We are not able to arrange a delivery at a specific time.
9.8 Please check that at the time of check out you have picked the correct delivery option eg 1-3 express is ONLY for Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne metro areas. Little Kids Jumping Castles will not be liable for any incorrect choices that you have made at the time of checking out.
10.1 An email will be sent notifying you that your order is ready for collection from our Prospect address located in NSW. The address can be found here via our Contact Us page.
10.2 You (or the relevant person who you nominate to pick-up the Goods on your behalf) must provide photo identification (current drivers licence or passport) to store staff to verify that the person collecting the goods is either the purchaser or the person nominated by the purchaser to pick-up the Goods. If requested, you (or the relevant person who you nominate to pick-up the Goods on your behalf) must allow our staff to take a copy of this identification for fraud prevention purposes. The copy will not be used by us for any other purpose or disclosed to any person outside of Little Kids Jumping Castles.
10.3 From time to time certain items may not be available for pick up due to stock availability. We will notify you immediately with a solution.
11.1 We may terminate a Contract if the product is not available for any reason. We will notify you if this is the case and return any payment that you have made. The refund will be processed back to the original method of payment made at the time of purchase.
- All products purchased with Little Kids Jumping Castles are subject to a 30 day refund, however to be eligible for a return:
- Product(s) must be returned within 30 days upon delivery,
- Product(s) must be unused and in its original packaging (including instruction manuals, accessories),
- Product(s) must not be opened.
11.2 Customers will need to email us via our Contact Us page with their receipt / order number and the reason for their return.
11.3 Little Kids Jumping Castles will need to approve each refund before the item is sent back.
11.4 Postage must be paid for by you, the customer, to return the item back to our warehouse.
11.5 We will refund the original buyer the amount of the item(s) via the payment method that is on the proof of purchase for the item not including the original shipping fee.
12.1 Our warranty only applies to the original purchaser from our online store or retail store and is strictly not transferable.
12.2 If the serial number is removed, altered or defaced, the warranty is void.
12.3 If the product has been subjected to mould and the fabric has become weak & brittle due to the inappropriate storage conditions, it will be outside of warranty.
- All warrantees provided are conditional upon family domestic use of the product and not for rental or other commercial uses
- All warrantees apply to the original purchaser from where the purchase was made.
- All warrantees commence on the date of dispatch
- Any modifications made to the inflatable will void the warranty.
- Our warranty does not apply to ordinary wear & tear of the product.
- Liability is limited to the faulty part, which will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
- The Warranty only applies to purchases made in Australia, and the item must be kept in Australia.
- The Warranty will be void if the product’s fault arises from abuse, incorrect installation, inappropriate usage, weather related damage or Acts of god.
Damage resulting from:-
12.4 All warranty claims must be directed through Customer Service Email: firstname.lastname@example.org
12.5 Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from Customer Service. If you do there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and your claim may not be accepted.
12.6 In order to make a claim. please be prepared to provide Customer Service with:
- Your proof of purchase eg. Order number, invoice number or receipt.
- Details of the defect or damage in relation to which you are making a claim under the warranty;
- Photographic evidence of the defect or damage, where applicable;
- Any other details we may need to process your claim, including confirmation of address & mobile number;
- Allow upto 48 hours (or 2 business days) for any response
12.7 Tears are not covered under warranty as they are not a manufacturing fault.
12.8 All warranties commence on the date of dispatch.
12.9 Any modifications made to the inflatable will void the warranty
12.10 Our warranty does not apply to ordinary wear and tear.
12.11 The warranty only applies to purchases made in Australia, and the item must be kept and used in Australia.
12.12 We are not able to offer replacement warranty for international purchases, however we will endeavor to source a repairer in your area.
12.13 Liability is limited to the faulty part, which will be repaired or replaced at our discretion
Nothing in this warranty policy limits or excludes any guarantees, warranties, representations or conditions implied or imposed by law, including the Australian Consumer Law (“ACL”) (or any liability under them) which by law may not be limited or excluded. If you are a “consumer”under the ACL, the following notice applies to you:
“Our goods come with warranties and guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (“Consumer Guarantees”). You are entitled to a replacement or a refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure”
